Coaching builds awareness empowers choice and leads to change. Coaching is a partnership between coach and client. The coach helps the client to achieve their personal best and to produce the results they want in their personal and professional lives. Coaching ensures the client can give their best, learn and develop in the way they wish.
Coaching is all about the client and what works for them. Coaching is guiding, facilitating and providing perspective for clients. Coach is not an expert but draws out the inherent expertise & enhances ones natural style . For coaching to work the client must exhibit commitment, patience and courage.

My Six sigma blackbelt training in processes and Lean give me an edge to look for ways to remove waste and provide insights towards process improvements.
