Haier Transition : As the IT Transition leader for the Haier deal made sure IT applications & systems were ready to transition seamlessly on Day-1. This $5.6 Bn transaction spanned 8 countries. There were more than 40 projects that were run in parallel to ensure all systems were operational & no downtime on Day-1. Made sure that all the Transition services agreements (TSA’s) were clearly agreed upon and that GEA did not miss any critical services on or post Day-1. Played a key role in ensuring that functional teams like HR, Finance, VMO & Legal were working in sync to meet the tight timelines for Day-1

Electrolux Deal : The role for the unsuccessful transaction with Electrolux ($2.4Bn) was to help through the regulatory process called the Second request. Worked closely with the internal & external legal experts, business leaders, functional IT & other teams to respond swiftly to the US DOJ’s second request. Was the single point of contact from IT for all data & reporting requests that emanate from all the parties, the response involved collecting 50+ datasets for the last 10 years that ran into millions of documents and Terra bytes of data.
